If there was one piece of advice that I could give you in life, it would be to identify successful people that share your values and learn from them. As you know well, I have spent a lot of time over the last year learning from Josh Spaulding — I still learn something from him on a daily basis, and consider him a friend. In fact I've recently been watching him work on some very cool keyword voodoo that he will may announcing next week (I think). Watch for that.
As I mentioned on the podcast earlier this week, I have been spending some time over the last month getting to know Lynn Terry. Lynn and Josh have a lot in common when it comes to business ethics. In fact, there are a lot of things that I really like about Lynn. She is fun, bright, honest and positive. Most of all, she helps people. I have seen this first hand in her coaching forum over the last month.
Anyway, I thought you might enjoy this video. Lynn is always talking about how to dominate a particular fictitious niche (it's actually a real niche — it just sounds silly and works great as a teaching example). Whenever she needed an example niche for teaching purposes, she often uses the same one.
So — I sent her a surprise gift from that mystery niche as a fun joke and she made a video about it. It gives you a good idea what she is like. Hope you enjoy it.
Regards,
Mark

I like to use Porsche Carrera GT’s as niche examples, Mark. (dark metallic blue exterior, tan leather interior)
Thanks for the kind words about me and you’re right about Lynn. She’s definitely one of the “good guys!”
NEXT time I see her on Skype I’m going to quit what I’m doing and demand she does the same so we can finally talk haha
Ha – that has to be one of the goofiest videos I’ve done yet! 😀
The whole package tracking via twitter & anticipation was super fun! Thanks again – luvin my Elvis 😉
Appreciate the kind words. It’s been a pleasure getting to know you as well, Mark. Your case studies in the Elite Forum ROCK!

p.s. Hey Josh – I’m going to hold you to that!
